The Signs as Glendon Programs

The Signs as Glendon Programs

Gemini: Philosophy
Gemini is the intellectual; they love debates and they love to talk so a major in philosophy would fulfill their desire for having long, intellectual conversations.

Aquarius: Gender and Women’s Studies
Aquarius is passionate about exploring topics from an all-encompassing standpoint and learning about a diversity of views on a given topic. Therefore, the examining of Gender and Women’s studies through economic, cultural, political, and racial lenses pertains strongly to Aquarius.

Libra: Undeclared major
Libra is too indecisive to choose a program.

Cancer: Bachelor of Education
They want to become a teacher to work with kids because they love to help others.

Scorpio: Communications
Their focused and calculating nature makes Scorpios perfect candidates for the communications program. They know what to communicate at the right moments without regretting it in the future.

Pisces: English
Pisces would make a great English major because they can’t stop ugly-crying while reading poetry. As the most emo water sign, Pisces loves self-expression through writing and other artistic mediums.

Taurus: Sociology
Sociology is the perfect program for a Taurus because they are extremely observant and love to observe, not only individuals, but entire groups of people. They also love to act like they don’t belong to those groups of people.

Capricorn: Business Economics
Capricorn is such a fixed sign they’re convinced they can’t get a job with a liberal arts degree like everyone else, so they major in something that sounds the least “artsy.”

Virgo: Biology
As part of their earth sign mandate, Virgos love being out in nature. Glendon’s ecology-focused biology program is the perfect excuse for them to fall asleep under a tree.

Sagittarius: Translation
They want to be fluent in as many languages as possible so they can go see the world on their travels.

Leo: International Studies & Business Administration dual degree
Leo is always doing the MOST so this program is fitting for Leos.

Aries: International Studies
Similar to the international studies program, Aries is hard to describe in just one sentence. A program like International relations is too specific for Aries; they need something all-encompassing, challenging, and MASSIVE.
